Being a wedding photographer in mid October you almost expect a cold, grey day with plenty of rain – not this time. The weather was incredible for Emma & Kane’s wedding with glorious sunshine all day long. Emma went to school with Ian, a wedding I photographed last year (post here) and was instantly intrigued by my style, fast forward 14 months and what a great day we/they had. My first time at Crockwell Farm covering a wedding, Hermione and Bay have done such a wonderful job with this venue, firmly recommended. This was also my first time working alongside John & Richard of Studio 22 video productions. Pleasure guys…
Emma & Kane, both shy to the camera wanted a more “pulled back” approach to their photo’s which made use of the autumn colours. The sun was blazing which gave some lovely dappled light through the trees to work with. I decided to embrace the sun on this one instead of looking for the shade. I think we got some wonderful shots and more than pleased with the outcome.
