SpaceX has managed to get four prototypes of its later Mars rocket called Starship. from the soilSo far, however, the flights have been less than a minute and no higher than 150 meters.
CEO Elon Musk wants to change that with the official version 1.0 of the next-generation rocket, which he believes will be unveiled at an event later in October.
"The Starship update comes in about three weeks. The design has grown together," said Musk tweeted Friday.

SpaceX was working towards a spaceship that could make it into orbit and back. These efforts have been in full swing for over a year since the development program in Boca Chica, Texas really got underway. This month's event is the continuation of a presentation in September 2019 in which Musk stood in front of a scale model of Starship to describe his vision.
The successful "jumps" of the prototypes have so far been associated with errors in between, which are ultimately part of the test process of the new system.
Spaceship can be Musk's Magnum Opus. He said the monster ship - which is expected to be 50 meters tall - will be able to make super-fast international flights on Earth and transport people to the moon, Mars, and perhaps further.
