Egg less Whole Wheat Cornflakes-Cookies recipes (step by step with photos)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or plain flour
- ½ cup sugar powdered
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- ½ cup milk
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder or vanilla essence
- 2-3 tbsp Milk
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Take cornflakes in a plate and crush them.
Method:
- Sieve the whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
- Take butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk them well until light and creamy.
- Add cinnamon or vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup milk into the butter and mix well.
- Mix everything well and bring everything together to form a smooth dough.
- If required add more milk.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll it into a round ball keep it between your palms and press.
- Dip it in the milk then put it in the corn flakes and rotate it.
- Arrange the cookies on the baking tray.
- Bake them in preheated oven at 180 c for 15 minutes.
- Transfer baked cookies over a cooling rack to prevent further cooking.
Note:
- Don't add salt if you are using salted butter.
- If you want you can add all purpose flour instead of whole wheat flour or both in ratio.
