Eggless Chocolate mousse(No Gelatin)

By Harini
This two toned egg less chocolate mousse is a chocoholic's heaven :). It is far easy to make elegant, can be made in single serving dish and absolutely tasty.Given to that this recipe contains no egg, gelatin not even china grass you will be amazed by the texture of this mousse. It is so very light and fluffy,no less to those with eggs.I had had mousse only 2-3 times, not aware of what gelatin,I enjoyed it thoroughly. Now I that I am very conscious,I was all set to make my own mousse, egg and gelatin free.I knew we can use agar agar(china grass) but read some were that it has a strong odor,so did not use that also. I used nutella and white chocolate for two tones and with some remaining molten chocolate I prepared a third serving with different flavor, which turned to be the highlight.Details towards the end of the recipe. With out much ado, over to recipe now :)

4.Refrigerate till serving.
Notes:
1.Do not freeze the mousse as it will turn very hard and loose its texture.
2.Here in this recipe I did not add heavy cream for topping
