Egg Malai Masala

Flavorful egg malai masala,cooked in mild creamy gravy full of spices and goes well with naan and rice.

In a pan, add 2 Tablespoon ghee and when it's hot add sliced onion and tomato.Once cooled,grind with all the ingredients mentioned under "For Masala".let it simmer,then add boiled,peeled eggs and cook for a while.Add all the spice powders and ground paste.
Fry till brown, let it cool.
In the same pan,add remaining ghee and the green masala by grinding ingredients mentioned under "For Green Masala".
Add salt and sugar.
Add kasoori methi,cilantro and add water to adjust gravy.
Serve hot with naan or rice.
