The always wonderful Mark Oliver Everett is back with a new album under his most consistent project, Eels. “Agatha Chang” is a heartbreakingly beautiful single that goes back to the roots of the sad, achy, wistful breakup song with a soundsimilar to Beck’s Sea Change and vocals reminiscent of Leonard Cohen. The bands 11th studio release, The Cautionary Tales of Mark Oliver Everett, drops April 22nd via his own label, E Records.
