Today my eats were on the road. We were driving 10 hours back from Bend, Oregon to Salinas. I’m super proud of all my choices. Carbs for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and fruits for dinner. Very balanced.

1 ramekin of cinnamon chex- 120 calories

Dinner

Thai lemongrass and chili soup- 250 calories

pluot- 80 calories
