  • Chopped onion-1 small size
  • Chopped Potato-1 medium size

  • In a cooker, add ghee and cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped tomato,onion,potato,capsicum and turmeric and stir for a while.
  • Then add washed rice and the required amount of water to properly cook the rice.

  • Finally, mash the rice with a masher.
