Easy to prepare soup recipe
Hi Mommies! How’s life these days? I hope you and your family are all safe amidst this global pandemic. The quarantine has brought about a lot of things to us but hey! let us always look on a brighter side and make the most of this quarantine. This may be the time we get to bond more with our family and speaking of which, I noticed most mommies if not all have mastered their cooking skills these days. Why not? Let us make use of our time to be productive and explore new things.
Easy to find ingredients
I’m not really good at cooking Mommies but when I stumbled on this recipe on MAGGI without a second thought, I jumped in and raided our fridge for some ingredients and voila! In just few minutes, I got this very tasty soup served on the table. I tell you, my children and husband love it. I specifically love to pair it with fried chicken especially on rainy days. My style of fried chicken, the ones marinated with ginger which I would love to share with you on my next post.

As to the preaparation, please follow the steps below.
EGG DROP SOUP
- Boil 4 cups of water with the 2 sachets of Magic Sarap. Simmer.
- Add dissolve cornstarch and continue stirring.
- Add 2 beaten eggs and continue stirring.
- Then add the spring onion. Donwhile hot.
This recipe is good for 3-4 servings.
Entire process will take only 10 minutes or less.
