Easy Baked Cheesecake
Safiyya Patel
3/4 pack Tennis biscuits
50g melted butter
Crush the biscuits, mix in the butter and press in to a cheesecake tin. Refrigerate.
250g cream cheese
1 tin ( 397g )condensed milk
1/2 tin fresh cream ( use the empty tin)
1/4 cup lemon juice
Combine the above.
Spoon onto the crust.
Bake at 180 Deg C for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Decorate.
* I added 1 tsp of butter toffee powdered flavour to the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 tsp to my fresh cream which i used to top the cheesecakes.
