DVD Review: Hey Arnold! The Complete Series ~ Available Exclusively at Walmart!

When my oldest boys (now in their 20s) were younger, one of their favorite TV shows was called Hey Arnold! If you’re not familiar with this animated series that appeared on Nickelodeon, it was about a fourth-grader named Arnold, who had a football-shaped head, wore what looked like a kilt, and lived in a big city with his grandparents. The series chronicled his adventures with his friends and schoolmates, such as his best buddy Gerald and mean Helga, who secretly harbored a crush on Arnold. Needless to say, Arnold and his friends always managed to get into plenty of trouble and excitement!
The series may have ended more than a decade ago, but now today’s children, like my ten-year-old twins, can enjoy the entire series of Hey Arnold! on DVD. Hey Arnold! The Complete Series features all 99 episodes in one boxed set from Shout! Factory. I put the first DVD on TV for my boys, and they were soon hooked on the show! The first episode featured Arnold and Gerald getting stuck at the bus station after they decided not to get off the bus for the school play they were supposed to appear in. Unfortunately, the bus ended its route for the night without returning to their bus stop, so they had to figure out a way to get home! Meanwhile, they managed to incur the wrath of Helga, who wasn’t pleased that they decided to ditch her play.
We watched several episodes of Hey Arnold! in one sitting, and my boys are excited to continue watching the adventures of Arnold and his friends! Hey Arnold! The Complete Series is available exclusively at Walmart stores. I hope you’ll pick up a copy for the whole family to enjoy!
