Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their signature roles as Lloyd and Harry in the sequel to the smash hit that took the physical comedy and kicked it in the nuts: Dumb and Dumber To. The original film’s directors, Peter and Bobby Farrelly, take Lloyd and Harry on a road trip to find a child Harry never knew he had and the responsibility neither should ever, ever be given. The side-splitting sequel also stars Rob Riggle (The Hangover, 21 Jump Street), Kathleen Turner (Marley & Me, Romancing the Stone), Laurie Holden (“The Walking Dead,” Silent Hill), Rachel Melvin (My Funny Valentine, “Days of Our Lives”), and Steve Tom (“Major Crimes,” Seven Pounds).

My Thoughts:
If you loved the original Dumb and Dumber, you won’t be disappointed. Dumb and Dumber To has the same crazy vibe, and you’ll be shaking your head over and over again as you wonder, “How can two people be so stupid?” But it’s all a lot of fun if you love dumb comedy. A big thumbs-up to Kathleen Turner, who takes a lot of ribbing about her aging appearance and raunchy past, but plays along with enthusiasm. Parents should heed the PG-13 rating as many of the sexual innuendos are definitely not appropriate for children. But for the grown-ups, Dumb and Dumber To provides an entertaining evening that will make you chuckle.
