Notorious drug kingpin and underworld ring leader Mohommad Najim Mohommad Imran alias Kanjipani Imran, was ordered to be released on bail by the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court after he fulfilled his bail conditions.
It has been reported that after signing the bail, the suspect disguised himself and left the court premises. Imran was produced before court under STF protection.
In 2019, Notorious drug kingpin Mohommad Najim Mohammad Imran alias Kanjipani Imran, who was arrested in Dubai was deported from the country. On arrival at the Katunayake international Airport he was taken into custody by the Criminal Investigations Department.
