Drop 5 Lbs in ONE Week

1. Drink only water for the entire week. That's right. Say goodbye to sports drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade, soda, sports drinks, gatorade, and dare I say...alcohol. Each drink of sugars or alcohol is at least 100 calories, AND it doesn't even fulfill any type of craving. I'd rather have a great 100 calorie snack than a lemonade. By just drinking water you will be cutting out an average of 1000 calories a week, and you will be speeding up your metabolism.
2. Burn 500 calories a day: This is a lot easier to do than it sounds. I burn over 600 calories in just 45 minutes on the elliptical. You can do this by using a machine, walking, jogging, dancing, etc.
3. Have sex every night:  Cosmopolitan claims the average person burns 144 calories while  having sex.
4. Get 5-7 extra hours of sleep during the week

5. Instead of eliminating carbs all together, just switch to whole grains: Oatmeal, whole wheat bread, brown rice, etc.
6. Contrary to what your mother told you growing up.... : You don't have to finish everything on your plate. When you're full stop eating! Even if you've only finished half your sandwich.
