An accident on the Southern Expressway has claimed the life of a bus driver and left group of foreign tourists injured this morning (17).
The collision occurred near the 138-kilometre marker between Beliatte and Aparekka, in the lane heading toward Tangalle.
A coach carrying a group of tourists, crashed into the rear of a cement truck.
The injured passengers were admitted to the Tangalle Base Hospital.
