Drake's "Started from the Bottom" has been a heavily remixed track, but can't say there have been a ton of R&B adaptations of it. Singer Jeffrey De Soul spun the hip hop track into a dark R&B jam, keeping the original lyrics intact but over a new piano-laced beat by Genuardi. This might very well be one of the best interpretations of this track and from someone I have not really been familiar with. Time to start paying attention to De Soul folks.
