Dr Bill H Weld's friend sent me a link to this video below and from the sound of it (even if it's bullshit made up by Corporate War Machine for shits and giggles or Dr Bill's a madman with a degenerative brain illness) this concept of GOVERNMENT NANO KILL SWITCH is destined to become one of those Classics of the Conspiracy Arena. Allegedly, this FLU OUTBREAK is DETONATED by radio waves from either a cell tower or a drone flying over your house. The 'official government documents' call this event a NANO DOMESTIC QUELL, but who's to say any of this is real? I'd (personally) prefer a DEBATE about whether we should be testing programmes like this on The Free Citizens of Free Planet. So, read, watch, listen, debate. It's our role as a Human Race - we're not slaves and we should know what's being done in our name.

The military can target very specific locations, particularly with drones (why do you think they want drones over U.S. skies so desperately?). They can target a room, a small house, an apartment complex, a city block, a town, or a whole metropolitan area.

Except that he contends that this nano-activated FLU VIRUS spontaneously combusts into Mad Cow-like symptoms that leads to LOBOTOMIES of patients looking like they have Altzheimer's Disease.
