Download of The Week (5/24/13): Lennon and Maisy “Ho Hey”

With it being the holiday weekend we all need a new song to download to add on our holiday playlist.  Well I have the song just for that…Lennon and Maisy version of “Ho Hey“.  If you are a fan of the ABC show “Nashville” you have already heard this song.  I was lucky enough to have a Shanea O’ Connor over at Girl And Remote.com tell me about this single.

I have to say with being in love with the original by The Lumineers I was iffy on if I would even like it.  Well I don’t just like it I LOVE IT!!  They paid tribute to the original very well but was able to make it their own.  I see this duo going very far in the music industry, and you can catch them still on the ABC show “Nashville“.  You can also download the song off of iTunes now.  And if you haven’t heard the cover song feel free to see the video below.
