Club lighting on a classic aircraft seen at a private event held at Clay Lacy Aviation. This aircraft was delivered to the Army Air Corps as a C-47 in October 1945 and declared surplus the following month. it spent many years as an executive transport including a stint with the Georgia Department of Air Transportation 1969 and used to fly governors of Georgia, including future President Jimmy Carter. A restoration by Clay Lacy in 2000 restored it in 1948 vintage United Airlines livery when the aircraft was used by W. A. Patterson during his tenure as president of United Airlines.
