Double Chocolate Cake

180 g flour 
1/2 tsp baking powder 
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1 vanilla 
3 eggs 
170 g sugar 
150 g butter 
50 ml milk 
2 tablespoons cocoa 
100 g dark chocolate 
100 g white chocolate 
pinch of salt
Preparation 


Melt together the butter and the dark chocolate. Leave aside to cool. Beat a fluffy cream from the eggs and the sugar. Add the vanilla and a pinch of salt. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Stirring gently add the flour and cocoa into the egg mixture, and then the milk. Finally put the butter and chocolate. Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour rectangular shape. Break the white chocolate into pieces.  Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 170 * about 25 to 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick if it is baked well. If you do not use the oven fan you may need to increase the baking time. The cake should remain slightly moist inside, like a tart without crust.
