'Don't Panic, Capt. Cameron!'

By Davidduff

I paraphrase Cpl. Jones' famous advice to his less-than-glorious leader in Dad's Army, although I suppose better advice would be 'DO panic, Capt. Cameron'!  Or perhaps, in light of last night's by-election result, better still would be to send that message to every Conservative MP urging them not just to panic but to summon up their pathetic courage and rid themselves of Cameron and his Old Etonion chums because otherwise that 'frighfully common bounder', Nigel Farage, is either going to spoil their chances in marginal seats at the general election or even win some outright!  Either way, it looks as though we must brace ourselves for 'Milipede & Balls', Funeral Directors to the British economy!  Still, there's always a laugh to be had somewhere even at the gloomiest of funerals - at least I hope there is because I'm off to one later today! - and the fact that the 'il-lib-non-Dems' lost their deposit had me chuckling over my porridge this morning, not least because I kept imagining the 'Kleggeron' sobbing over his!
