What is the difference between Zumba fitness and aerobics class?

Zumba fitness is very similar to aerobics workout with few differences. In Zumba since the focus of everyone is on music and the instructor does not talk it is a workout program that is international for every language. The only language of communication is music. Zumba fitness offers variety of different dance moves that are easy to follow and have fun in contrary to repeated similar moves in aerobics that are not based on the music.
