You should ensure that your camera is at eye level so that it's easier for you to focus on it, and be careful not to position it too high or low, or hooked to a different computer monitor to the one you are directly in front of.

Weird camera angles can be very distracting, both for the other callers and for yourself as you try and fix the angle whilst focusing on the call at the same time.
