Very few people want to be unemployed, is that too controversial? I have no statistical evidence for this but I would assume that is an accurate comment to make because we live in a capitalist economy that requires people to work to pay for things. To break it down we need to be paid for providing a service so that we can eat, have shelter, wear clothes, have a social life, etc.
