Steps:
It's good if you have plain ballerinas, but it doesn't matter as far as you are able to remove the embellishments at the front. I removed the bow too. Now, depending on the thickness of gold you want on the toe part, paste a scotch tape accordingly. Make sure the margins on both the shoes is same.
Gingerly apply gold acrylic paint. Its easily available. At Brit+Co they have used spray paint. You can try that too or one may use dry glitter and then paste, but I avoided it because of the stickiness it causes.
And that's how quick it is..!
