I am all for simplicity. Especially when it comes to my family life. Working, being a wife and mom can get quite tricky when you don't have balance. I love having a to-do-list to keep track of my life. Before the day in age of cell phones, and PDA's we always just wrote out a list. But with the ease of having so many different apps on your cell phone, or the notes section; it makes it easier to plan out your day with ease. 
Healthy Choice and Marie Callendar's just released a video that demonstrates how shopping the frozen food isle and integrating the use of technology and instant information can make life easier.
