DFW Events Refresh and Renew Day

By Debisementelli @letterheadgirl

I am honored to have the privilege of working on a regular basis

with the very talented event planners at DFW Event.

So I was thrilled to be invited to one of their internal “Renew and Refresh” staff events.

The Staff spends the day with all of their regular vendors,

catching up on the latest trends and freshest ideas.

This is just one of the things they do that allows them to offer each client a unique and creative approach.

Each gal had themed goodies waiting for her along with a delicious selection of yummy breakfast items.

I was the lucky vendor who got to help them start their day off with a calligraphy demonstration.

The girls all received a canvas tote, each with one of 5 versions of  DFW EVENTS

hand lettered, by me, in a unique way.

All of the above pics are by international photographer Sarah Kate Barger.

Check out her site and blog to see more of her incredible work.

Another lettering option.

Can you tell how much fun I had coming up with these lettering styles:)

After I took this pic, I ended up adding lines to the letters so it looked like they were made out of wood.

Thanks for including me in your fab day girls!
