O’Hare, who is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for his work as Larry on FX’s American Horror Story, and Redwood are working to gain full legal guardianship of their foster son.
The boy, who is currently 17 months old, has been living with the couple since he was two weeks old. O’Hare and Redwood married last summer in New York.
