Dengue Fever Causes, Prevention, Symptoms

Dengue fever , symptoms and home remedies ( Dengue fever Causes, symptoms, Precautions).

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), dengue virus is prevalent throughout the tropics and subtropics (subtropical areas). Outbreaks have occurred recently in the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Cuba, and Central America. Cases have also been imported via tourists returning from areas with widespread dengue, including Tahiti, Singapore, the South Pacific, including the Philippines, Southeast Asia, the West Indies, India, and the Middle East (similar in distribution to the areas of the world that harbor malaria and yellow fever). Dengue is now the leading cause of acute febrile illness in U.S. travelers returning from the Caribbean, South America, and Asia.
Millions of people are victims of dengue every year worldwide. According to one research, 390 million dengue cases are prevalent in the world every year. Of which 96 million people have become diseased. There are more risks to having dengue in the Indian subcontinent, South East Asia, Southern-China, Taiwan, Pacific Island, Mexico, Africa, Central, and South America. Dengue fever is the largest in South East Asia and Western Pacific Island. In the last 10 to 12 years, the number of patients of dengue has also increased in India. Dengue Disease Report was reported in 1872 people in New Delhi in September 2015.
However, the cause of dengue fever is the cutting of mosquitoes of a particular species, but this mosquito only acts as a transmission of disease, in fact, dengue is a viral disease. It is found in the world in tropical and sub-tropical areas. When there is light dengue, there is a pain in high fever, muscle, and joint. Whereas severe dengue, which is also called hemorrhagic fever, blood pressure suddenly decreases in it and may occur until the patient's death.

Dengue Fever Causes

  • The biggest cause of dengue is a mosquito.
  • Water accumulation around the house
  • Consuming infected water and food.
  • Dengue cannot be understood by looking at the symptoms only, for this it should be tested on the doctor's advice. Dengue fever is confirmed only after the blood is checked. In 3-4 days the patient's body does not fight against the dengue virus and it starts growing.

Symptoms of dengue fever ( Dengue Fever Symptoms)

The symptoms of dengue take 3 to 15 days to appear. These symptoms are not immediately visible immediately after mosquito bites. As soon as other diseases, pain in the eyes, loss of appetite, back pain, sharp headache, chills, fever, and dengue can start.Within one hour of the spread of dengue virus's blood, pain starts in joints and the person may get fever up to 104 degrees. Reduced heart rate with hypotension, rapid fall of blood pressure are also symptoms of dengue. Apart from this, being red in the eyes, showing a pink rash on the face, being implant in lymph can also be indicative of dengue. But all these symptoms occur in the first stage of dengue, which can last up to 4 days. After that, the second phase begins, in which the body temperature increases so far and sweats begin to sweat. But before this, the temperature of the body becomes normal, and the patient feels better, but this does not last any more than 1 day and in this way, symptoms of the second phase of dengue begin to appear. In the third phase of dengue, the body temperature begins to grow more and more, red rash which till now was on the face now appears on the whole body with the face.

Dengue fever treatment

For the treatment of dengue, doctors use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAID) such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs because dengue virus has a tendency to do hemorrhoid. And NSAIDs can increase in this hemorrhage further. For this, another acetaminophen (Tylenol), codeine and other agents that do not have NSAID are used.
In the event of high levels of dengue, such as hemorrhagic and shock syndrome, the patient may need treatment in the hospital. In which additional supportive treatment is required, in which the patient needs urgent IV fluid hydrotherapy, blood transfusion, platelet transfusion, blood pressure support, and other intensive care

Dengue fever home remedies

Home remedies for dengue can be helpful, but can never be completely dependent on home remedies. For this, papaya tree leaves can be used by extracting. This increases the number of platelets in the body. But research is still on this, so scientists do not consider this method to be completely useful, and advise to contact the doctor when symptoms of dengue appear.
Other than these:
  • Rest and keep taking liquid, during this time there should be no water shortage in the body, so drink the powder given by the doctor and drink it.
  • It is not a medicine, but the doctor treats it accordingly and gives medicine to avoid its side effects, which should be taken on time.
  • At the doctor's advice, eat paracetamol for fever, doctors refuse to eat such as aspirin, do not take it.
  • Keep the house clean and clean around you.
  • Do not allow water to be collected anywhere, such as coolers, potatoes.
  • Spray the medicine to avoid mosquitoes.
  • Keep the window closed during the evening so that mosquitoes do not come.
  • Especially protect children from mosquitoes.
  • Dengue fever decreases blood, causing the person to die, so take well balanced diet to keep blood volume equal.
  • The patients of dengue should be given the juice of papaya leaves, which reduces blood loss.
