I prefer to keep my hands clean, so I am letting Merritt Patterson do all my dirty work for me. Now, keep in mind that Patterson herself was initially named in this suit, so she's not exactly going to be on Pam's side on this one. Today Patterson reports,
"Miller is a member of the well-known, super-wealthy Henry S. Miller family and was rumored to be an original cast member who dropped out after a bit of filming at the club her family owns, Prestonwood Polo Club. (Come to think of it, I guess we can all thank Miller that Woodhaven Country Club in Fort Worth is now the location Style Network tries to pass off as the best Dallas has to offer. Maybe Duarte should have sued for that.)
It can’t be easy to draft a legal response that requires bleeping to summarize the plaintiff’s conduct. Miller and her legal team at Fulbright & Jaworski have done it in a masterpiece filing."Dena's official "disclosure" does make for interesting reading. This lawsuit is far from over and all indications are that this is going to be one ugly fight. Hang onto your hats people!
