You need spirit fragments to upgrade ranks, and there are 7 ranks, these are the costs:
- B to A – Cost: 5 & also skill points: 5
- A to AA – Cost: 15 & also skill points: 10
- AA to S – Cost: 30 & also skill points: 15
- S to SS – Cost: 60 & also skill points: 20
- SS to SSS – Cost: 120 & also skill points: 30
- SSS to EX – Cost: 240 & also skill points: 40
Ranking up gives +atk, +def, +HP, and also +Skill points
You can also use these fragments to “forge” the spirit, if you don’t own them yet, and the cost depends on the starting rank of that spirit
