Last year Jeanette DePatie and I re-wrote a bunch of holiday songs to make them fat positive, including Jingle Bell Rock, which we turned into My Body Rocks. This year, I created a little dance routine to it.
Below are links for the dance classes - there is a seated and a standing version, each video contains a little dance class to learn the moves as well as a dance through.
