Dairy Products

So I have a little problem... I would like to give up dairy products because is not healthy for you but I LOVE cheese!Especially my feta cheese! I eat it with almost everything!My favorite easy lunch meal is rice, veggies and FETA CHEESE!I also eat cheddar cheese straight from the bag... Cream cheese is another fave! But after reading the Fork Over Knives diet, which states "Even organically produced dairy contain naturally occurring steroids and hormones, which can promote cancer growth."   I'm going to try to eat less cheese and less cereal!
