And since I'm always experimenting with new flavours, I wanted to share with you this new smoothie combination that I've been enjoying so much. It's a very refreshing combination with non dairy and non refined sugar, infact it has almost no-sugar at all and it's delicious! A great choice when trying to avoid sugar! The apples give this smoothie a crunchy and thick texture so you can serve it in a bowl and enjoy it with a spoon instead of drinking it with a straw!

Crunchy Green Smoothie Bowl Apple + Kale ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Serves 2 This is a very refreshing light and delicious smoothie with Non dairy and non refined sugar. A choice if you are trying to avoid sugar!
4 medium green apples, peeled and cored 1 C. Kale, pull leaves off from kale { I used curled kale for this recipe} 1/2 C. Fresh Mint Leaves 1 Meedjool date, pitted 3/4 C. Coconut Milk 3/4 C. Coconut Water 2-3 Ice Cubes
Preparation: In a blender add kale, apples, mint, date, coconut milk, coconut water and ice cubes. Blend all ingredients until you get a thick consistensy. Serve in bowl add thin sliced apples and mint leaves.
