Ingredients1 cup shredded coconut1 cup oats1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup cake flour a pinch of salt2 tsp soda bicarb5 oz butter2 Tbsp golden syrup
Mix dry ingredients-coconut,oats,sugar,flour,salt. Boil butter and syrupAdd soda bicarb.Add dry ingredients.Mix well. Press on to a flat baking tray.Bake for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 180C until golden brown.Enjoy!!
