A recent addition to Vagrant records, Philadelphia’s CRUISR have become experts in crafting addictive, summery pop. The four-piece just released their three-song All Over EP that’s filled with hip-shakin’ hooks and the warm vibe everyone is looking to hold onto this time of year. Smothered in the smooth and articulate production of Kyle Slick Johnson, it includes lively remasters of two old favorites, “Kidnap Me” and “Don’t Go Alone,” and the new titular track, “All Over”. From the initial punch of poppy guitar and drums, it’s hard not to tap your toes to the groovy bassline, as Andy States’ charming vocals preach a tale of an all consuming love. “All Over” is bright indie at its finest.
