Do you long for something to snack on while watching tonight's movie? Here is something that won't push you off your diet if you're trying to lose weight or if you just want to stay healthy.
I love potato chips - who doesn't? My husband loves them too, and we do in fact enjoy them sometimes. But there is a healthy and delicious alternative - kale chips! They are easy to make, so healthy and yummy! What are you waiting for?
Before:
- Heat the oven to 359 degrees F/175 degrees C.
- Wash and dry the kale.
- Tear the kale into smaller pieces.
- Mix olive oil and sea salt in a bowl (go easy on the salt).
- Put the kale in the bowl and use your hands to mix the kale with the olive oil.
- Spread out the kale on the sheet covered with parchment paper
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges brown but are not burn.
