Coriander Chilly Mushroom

Coriander Chilly Mushroom is a very tasty yet quick recipe. All that is required is grinding masala and cook mushrooms in it. So simple and easy. This recipe is developed by me as I was thinking to make a new mushroom reecipe each time I cook. The combo is the capsicum Biriyani and Raita.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
200 g of button mushroom (cleaned)
half bunch of fresh coriander leaves
2 green chilly
2 onion (peeled and cut to 4s)
1 teaspoon of pepper
50 ml water (for grinding)
Curry leaves few
1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
150 ml of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of garam masala
salt as per taste
Method:
  
Grind coriander leaves(with stem), green chilly, onions, curry leaves to a smooth paste.
Add the 50 ml water to grind a smooth paste.
Heat a wok with 150 ml of oil.
When the oil is well hot add the ground masala.
Add garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper.
Add cleaned mushroom and toss to coat the masala evenly.
Keep it covered for 3 minutes in simmer or low power. (refer notes)
Stir occasionally and open the lid, cook for 2 minutes to thicken the gravy.
 Serve hot with Capsicum Biriyani amd onion raita.

Do not add water while cooking mushroom as it will leach the water in it.
This will enhance taste, else the gravy will become bland.
