Continuing My Weight Loss Journey

Well guys, it’s been about a year since I initially lost a bunch of weight. As my sophomore year of college started, I found myself extremely busy and not wanting to go to the gym. Although I still ate moderately healthy, my weight loss stood at a stand still. Now that it’s summer again, I have more time to work out and keep myself eating right.

Hopefully, I can stay on track with my yearly goals that I made in January and lose another 40 pounds by September. *fingers crossed* My diet consists of more fresh fruits and vegetables, little to no white rice or pasta, little to no white sugar or flour, and only chicken or seafood. I am also shooting for a gallon of water a day. My exercise consists of power walking on my treadmill. Although I am trying to lose weight, I’m not doing this to be skinny, I’m doing this to be happy and healthy!

Stay tuned because I will share some of my favorite recipes! Also, don’t forget to make an effort to eat healthier and exercise at least 3 hours a week! Remember: You are what you eat!
