Types of Individual Instructions in eFootball 2025: Offensive and Defensive
Now that we have a general idea of what instructions are, we can talk about the different kinds of instructions you can give your players. There are easy categories with attacking and defensive directions, but you can choose from a number of choices within each category.
You can put up to four different people in charge of two attacking and defensive plays. You can also have one person give all the rules, but that should be avoided to keep things clear.
How to Be Offensive
You can pick two Offense options, which means you can pick two people. This kind of player can be given some tricky directions, but they are not too hard to understand. There are three kinds.
- Anchoring: Means that the person you put here will stay in the middle and not move. The best way to do this is to choose a center-attacking or defense player.
- Offensive: The person you put here plays more offensively and doesn’t switch to defense.
- Defense: The person you choose here will drop down to help you when you don’t have Possession.
Defensive Instructions
We can give two players each of four different types of directions, just like with Offensive directions. Also, know that some of them can only be chosen during a match.
- Tight Marking: Your chosen defender will close in on the gaps for the person you marked, and while they’re protecting, room tends to open up. You can set this after the game has begun.
- Man Marking: Is a defense technique that is more one-on-one than Tight Marking. One of the skills of man marking is that the player will always be on his man. This can only be done in the match screen or during a game.
- Counter Target: If you give this command to a player, he will not drop back but stay in front of the defense, which will help you get around them when you counter.
- Deep Line: This level makes it easy for the player to drop down and help the defense, even if they get hit with a quick counter.
