If you were not able to purchase a badge for Comic Con 2013 in the general badge sale this year, Comic Con International is now offering resales or returned badges that are now being sold to attendees who do not yet have four day passes with or without preview night or Saturday badges.
The San Diego Comic Con Unofficial Blog broke down the specifics once they received the official announcement email. Here are the most important parts:
*Badges will be sold to attendees who have member IDs as of June 7, 2013 and reside in the US and Canada.
*It will be done by drawing.
*To be eligible, you must log into your member ID account at Comic-Con.org/CCI and click the blue notice that says “Click Here to Enter a Drawing to be Eligible for the Comic-Con 2013 Badge Resale!” and be quick because you only have until June 12 at 10:59:59AM PST which is tomorrow.
*You will be asked to take a poll about badge types you want to buy. This does not affect your chances at the drawing. It’s information for next year that will be used for badge planning.
*You will be able to buy for yourself and someone else so long as they also meet the ID deadline, live in the US or Canada, and you have their ID.
If you have been selected, you will be notified by email on or before June 17th.
