New Year's Eve, boyfriend and I flew up to Maryland to see my parents for the holidays. Since we were up at 5 am, we wanted a relaxed night to bring in the new year. We went to a fancy dinner with family friends before going to their new house for drinks and stories. I'm all about a holiday that condones wearing the most sequin-adorned outfit you own, but being so tired led me to reach for a knit dress and tights.
