It’s been a great week of yet more cocktails, reviews, shopping and cooking. I met up with my friend who moved to Spain a few years ago, and we spent hours catching up over a cocktail and lunch overlooking the canal. The Bloke has been a bit stressed, so I spent hours making a dinner of Mini Prawn Tostadas, Mexican Rice Casserole and that well-known Mexican dessert: No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake (yes, I will put up the recipes).
