Giraffe Heid Cocktail Recipe

We were recently in Giraffe restaurant on West Nile Street and came across this limited edition cocktail. It has whisky and ginger ale for that festive feel but with some rose syrup to sweeten.

Here is the recipe so you can try one at home.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Johnnie Walker Red Label Whisky
  • 75ml Ginger Ale
  • 10ml Rose Syrup
  • 5ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Add 10ml rose syrup and 5ml lemon juice to a glass
  2. Add two ice cubes
  3. Add 25ml of whisky
  4. Stir
  5. Add 25ml of whisky
  6. Stir
  7. Fill glass with ice
  8. Top up glass with ginger ale
  9. Add a twist of lemon for garnish
  10. Serve
