What would happen if famous classic artists were big geeky fans of superheroes? Well, for starters I think their paintings will definitely look like these reimagined artworks. These surprisingly awesome illustrations are from a contest on Worth1000 which challenged artists to remake classic paintings by replacing their characters with superheroes.
As a big fan of superheroes, I must say these paintings looks way better with superheroes.
