Just because we are Chubby does not mean we should be Scared of the little old smelly GYM!

Tips to be Chubby and Feel like you belong @ the Gym

  1. Join a SWIM Exercise Class Trust me there will be various body shapes, and at least one similar to your own (FATKINIS ARE WELCOME)
  2. Join a Senior Exercise class to ease into things!  I joined “Silver Sneakers” the ladies are all sweet and chubby so I fit right in!!
  3.  If your GYM offers an Exercise class for Chubby chicks by all means take advantage!
  4. If you don’t want to talk to people bring your smartphone and a pair of headphones=ANTISOCIAL BLISS
  5. Start slow and Pace yourself! Don’t forget to Breathe and try some light weights Look on your handy smartphone on YouTube with your Gym’s WIFI and search Exercise vids.
