Tips to be Chubby and Feel like you belong @ the Gym
- Join a SWIM Exercise Class Trust me there will be various body shapes, and at least one similar to your own (FATKINIS ARE WELCOME)
- Join a Senior Exercise class to ease into things! I joined “Silver Sneakers” the ladies are all sweet and chubby so I fit right in!!
- If your GYM offers an Exercise class for Chubby chicks by all means take advantage!
- If you don’t want to talk to people bring your smartphone and a pair of headphones=ANTISOCIAL BLISS
- Start slow and Pace yourself! Don’t forget to Breathe and try some light weights Look on your handy smartphone on YouTube with your Gym’s WIFI and search Exercise vids.
