Christon Gray released the first single,’Together Forever’ Friday from his upcoming album ‘Clear The Heir,’ which drops in October.
The new song is the lead single from Gray’s upcoming fourth solo album, Clear The Heir, releasing on Oct. 19 via Fo Yo Soul and Essential Sound.
“Together Forever” marks a new chapter for the chart-topping rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, following a period of personal struggles following the release of his acclaimed album, The Glory Album. The song chronicles Gray’s experiences dealing with being a Christian and facing divorce, along with the life changes that follow.
Inspiring listeners by reaffirming a strong declaration of faith in Jesus, “Together Forever” will be followed by the release of additional singles in the weeks to come.
Releasing on Oct. 19, Christon Gray’s latest album Clear The Heir follows the release of his album, School of Roses, in 2014, and The Glory Album from 2016, which featured the hit song “Stop Me,” a crossover hit that was licensed by ESPN, HBO, and FOX, and most recently served as the theme song to “Madden ’19” and Warner Bros Pictures’ “Rampage.” Both albums were Top 5 hits on Billboard’s Top R&B chart and reached Top 15 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
