Christmas at The Body Shop

The Christmas season is fast approaching, so when I was invited along to The Body Shop to see their Christmas products, I had to say yes! Every Christmas I'll get at least one little gift box from The Body Shop, so I was excited to see what Santa may bring me this year. There's something for everyone and every budget, from the usual body butters and shower gift sets, to new makeup releases and more.Every year, The Body Shop bring out special scents for the festive season and this year Gingerbread hasn't returned. Instead they have; Glazed Apple, Frosted Cranberry and (potentially Gingerbread's replacement for this year) Vanilla Brulee. They all smell great and the ranges feature the usual products you'd expect from shower gels to body butters and something to add a touch of shimmer for party season; The Sparkler - a glitter body spritz. There's such a range of gifts, from your usual shower/body sets in either cosmetic bags or cute keepsake boxes, incredibly cute penguin or polar bear body puffs, to a music box that really brings back those childhood memories and many more. I noticed there's plenty of stocking fillers including hand cream and lip balm duos that are new gift sets this Christmas. If you haven't already, you need to check out their Advent Calendar. At £50, it's a little more pricey than your average chocolate-a-day one from a supermarket, but seeing a little beauty treat every day would really brighten my December. I'm still lusting after the Selfridges Beauty Advent Calendar but I think that ship has sailed for 2014 now unfortunately.Currently The Body Shop have a range of offers on for their Christmas gifts and new stock, so if you're looking for some nice treats for someone special (or yourself, I'm not judging) then definitely check out the website, or pop to your local store.I'm loving the little selection of products and samples I was kindly gifted from The Body Shop. From first impressions, I think my favorite of the three scents is Glazed Apple. It's sweet without being overpowering and I'm sure I'll add the full sized body butter to my every growing body butter collection very soon!Which scent will you be opting for this Christmas?
