According to TMZ, Chris Brown has filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of his one-year-old daughter. It seems like Chris and and his baby mama Nia Guzman have been at odds over child support and custody demands for a while. So, Chris has asked a judge for paternity test. This will allow Chris to challenge Nia over child support and custody over his daughter Royalty.
According to reports, Mr. Brown is paying Nia what he believes is a fair amount, which Nia claims to be $2,500 a month. But this isn’t enough for the mother of Royalty. SHe is demanding $15k, a month for child support. Chris believes that the judge will be on his side than hers. In addition, Chris also wants the judge to establish custody guidelines over Royalty. According to reports and Chris, Nia has reportedly been denying him the right to see his daughter. This is really sad that Chris has to go through this. I think every father should have the right to see their child. BUT, I also believe that you shouldn’t have a child with someone you have no attention of marrying.
