I have a general idea in my head and wanted to come up with a schedule that would allow me to have the time to work on other projects and manage to keep my son entertained. I am not sure if my schedule will work out as planned but I will give it a try and see how it works out for me and my son. I want to continue teaching him new things so that he is ready for Kindergarten in a few years. I will be adding a new section on my blog and will share some of our daily activities on my blog. I also want to include some Christian/Biblical stories and bible time into my daily lesson plan.
My estimated schedule for preschool:
6 am to 8:30 – work on my blog or networking while reclining on the couch
8:30 to 9:00 – breakfast
9:00 to 11:00 – craft, lessons, and learning activities
11:00 – 12:00 – watch Sesame Street or another educational program
12:00 – lunch
12:30 to 2:30 – nap time – I plan on laying down resting/networking/social media/blog while reclining on the couch
2:30 – Snack time
2:40 to 5:00 – bible time, free play, music time, playing outside (weather permitting), coloring, play with play-dough, ect
This will be a learning experience for me and I am thankful that I have the opportunity to enjoy spending time with my son. I am unable to work a traditional job due to my physical limitations. I am thankful that my son is a bit more independent now so that I no longer have to constantly pick him up or carry him around the house. At this point he wants to be independent and do things for himself.
